Refund Request

    I cancelled my subscription before the 14 days was up. There is still a pending payment in my bank. How do I get my refund? I do not want to pay for this service. I need my money back, as funds are tight. Please help me and let me now if my refund is showing up as coming back.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time, request a refund and also disable auto-renew.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    What do you see at these two spots please?
    Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades?
    Dashboard > Store > Billing History?

    I don’t see anything in regards to a refund. I was able to cancel, but there was no button saying cancel & refund. The email that I received just said cancellation was approved, but I never got an email stating that my refund was approved too.

    I just see an option to get details about cancelling my domain name. It has nothing about an upgrade in there to cancel. IT was there last night, but I cancelled it. Now it is not there anymore.

    As I noted above I tagged this thread for Staff help. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    Please don’t bump your thread by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

    Ok. I just really need this cleared. I need those funds and they are scheduled to come out of my bank tomorrow. I feel like they should not come out because I cancelled before the given date. Hopefully I hear back from them today so I can get this situated.

    You may or may not get a response from Staff today. However, as I said above “Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.”

    I’m showing that your premium package was cancelled, and the funds were originally authorized, but never removed from your account. So you should be all set. Let me know if you need anything else.
