Refund request!

    Website is being managed by a different webmaster, this one needs to deleted. Long after 48 hour window, no reply to my email requesting refund of premium plan. My request for domain mapping refund was acknowledged (today), but no reply regarding the additional premium charges that should be refunded (it’s been less than 30 days): $27 for premium plan and $35.88 for personal bundle. I initially set up payment for 12 months. I understand “limited support”, but there should still be customer service in place during the 10 days the happiness engineers are away.

    I purchased a theme through WordPress using AWS. I have cancelled AWS and subsequently, am cancelling WordPress. When I log into WordPress.com, the theme is not on the site. I’m not sure why because I haven’t cancelled it yet. However, when I go to WP though amazonaws, it’s still up there. How do I cancel this entirely and get a full refund for the theme that I’ve paid for? I just reset it but this is my site’s link: http://ec2-54-163-57-193.compute-1.amazonaws.com/wp-admin/?reset-wp=reset-wp

    I want to close the entire thing down and get a refund.

    Your issue is not really related to this thread, which is resolved.
    You don’t actually have any purchases on WordPress.com. If you bought a theme that you were hosting on AWS, it would not have been through WordPress.com. It may have been for self-hosted WordPress sites.

    I would like to get a refund for my purchase of Inspiration Laboratory and just to let you know, I am doing this on September 19th. The product was purchased on August 20 and it is clearly within the 30 day timeframe. Please provide a refund as I find the design not suited for my purpose. My site: lettersnatcher.com.

    Please note that I’ve been trying to get a refund for the “Inspiration Laboratory” theme within the 30-day period. However, the instructions on your refund document link are not allowing me to cancel that. The 30-day period ends today (Sep. 20), however, I had contacted you yesterday within the timeframe to get this cancelled. How can this be resolved? The theme doesn’t fit my needs and I do not need it and I’ve taken the steps to get it cancelled within the 30 day time period. Unfortunately, your support provides a link that does not solve my issue. I do not need this- please cancel the purchase on that theme and refund my $75.

    I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

  • To anyone else with refund issues, please do not post onto another user’s thread. It makes things very confusing for staff. Please make a new thread and give it the tag “modlook” if you have a billing/refund issue that needs staff attention.
