Refund request!

    Website is being managed by a different webmaster, this one needs to deleted. Long after 48 hour window, no reply to my email requesting refund of premium plan. My request for domain mapping refund was acknowledged (today), but no reply regarding the additional premium charges that should be refunded (it’s been less than 30 days): $27 for premium plan and $35.88 for personal bundle. I initially set up payment for 12 months. I understand “limited support”, but there should still be customer service in place during the 10 days the happiness engineers are away.

Please be patient while waiting for a response. As I understand your frustration, please know that while they are away, they are all working together on ideas/improvements that I’m sure will benefit each user in some way.

    Thank you for the prompt reply! I was contacted by one of your staff (used on your tag, no doubt), and the issue has been resolved. Appreciate the speedy attention and taking care of this matter. Absolutely no problem with using wordpress.com, it was all a matter of the domain being handled by a different webmaster.
