Please refund the domain mapping cost of $13 from Feb 25, 2017. I paid $99 and was only refunded $86. Your product is confusing and I am frustrated (which is why I immediately cancelled within a few hours). Why is there no one at WordPress to ask? No phone or contact number?

Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
