Refund request

  To whom it may concern,

  I do not wish to have thebarberjordan.com nor theblackwaterbarber.com renewed. I was able to request a refund for theblackwaterbarber.com, but the website would not let me request a refund for $26 for the other website.

  I should not have been charged when the website doesn’t expire for another month. In addition, I was not given any notice. I received an email in the morning that the website was going to expire and then a second email shortly after with my receipt from paypal saying that I was automatically charged.

  Please issue a refund for the $26 via my paypal account. It would be much appreciated.

  You were not auto charged for theblackwaterbarber.com, only for the premium plan and thebarberjordan.com which you were refunded $99 for. It will take 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
