Refund Request

    Hello, I have not requested for my site renewal and I was just charged with multiple products linked to an inactive site. Sorry, I could not clearly see that I was going to be charged for this auto-renewal so It just seems misleading.
    I could not see any email giving me the heads-up either. Is there a way I can request for refund? Thanks, C

    Is this for down2u.com? I will process that refund as soon as I hear back. Can you please let me know if there’s any chance that you want to use this domain again in the future? Either with us or another service… If you plan to use it again we need to get the domain restored asap so you don’t lose ownership of it.

    Yes. It is. I was referring to down2u.com indeed.
    I have no plans to use this domain again. I’d be great if you could process a refund.
