  Hi – I haven’t not used my domain or WordPress account in a long time but was unaware of the auto renew setting. I was attempting to request a refund before cancelling my account and domain, but somehow cancelled the domain before I could have the refund processed. Is there any way that someone can please help me refund the last payment of $48 as my intent is to cancel the service now.

  Hey Kayla,

  You can get a refund if you cancel your plan and all other purchases within 30 days. I have added the “modlook” tag to get the staff’s assistance. Please wait until a staff member checks your account and get back to you.
