Hi I just disconnected my site and deleted the plugin and couldn’t find the refund button.
I would like to request a refund.

Can you let me know which site you were working on? I’m asking because there aren’t any upgrades or charges associated with the account you’ve used to contact us here.

I was working on the site http://www.apexxtours.com.
After I deleted the jetpack plugin, disconnected the site from my wordpress account, the cancellation/refund button disappeared as well.
Please note, I already disconnected the site from wordpress so you will not see it, unless there is some kind of history you guys can look into.
However, when you look at my billing history, you will see the purchase that I am requesting the refund for. The site name is also tagged in that purchase receipt.

In your other reply you mentioned I should contact Jetpack. However, when I go to their support, they say that I can click the cancel/ refund button. That button disappears after one already deleted the plugin and “disconnected” the site from wordpress.
The only way I can ask for the refund is thru someone I can contact.
Re-adding the site doesn’t work either as it will ask you to buy another subscription.
