  Hi can I get a refund for the premium subscription. I’ve upgraded to professional and got a refund of the prorated amount. Thank you for you assistance.

  Sure, I’ve refunded the remaining amount and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
