  I have cancelled a WordPress Personal transaction for $48. However I was only refunded $12. Can you please refund the remaining $36?

  I also had a WordPress site, looked to have it refunded. They said it would be, the entire 256. That was 7 months ago, I’m still waiting and have no way to contact them because they canceled my plan. I’m wondering if this is a scam or some sort of shady business is going on
