Refund Request

    PayPal has just billed me for $300 for some automatic WordPress.com renewal for ‘havefacialwilltravel.com’. I was given no notice from WordPress about this upcoming renewal. I do NOT wish to renew this service. Could you please issue me a refund?

    The account you are logged into does not have any purchased upgrades.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel/refund the upgrade. If you can log in, you can cancel and refund using these instructions:

    Manage Your Purchases

    However, if you can’t figure out which account that is, or do not have access to your login info any longer, you have two other options.

    The first is the account recovery system: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    The second is our “Why was I charged” tool: http://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    I’d suggest the “Why was I charged” tool if you cannot log into the user account that owns the upgrade. I suspect that will lead to a faster resolution than the account recovery system.

    I have figured out the situation and the cause. It appears to be my fault overall, not WordPress’s. I posted a previous message about lousy customer service. My apologies. Can you delete that post or otherwise hide it from the forum?
