  Hi, I signed up for and purchased a WordPress personal plan and Domain registration 2 hours ago but this was a mistake and I cannot actually afford these right now.
  I would like to request a refund of the full amount I was charged ($51 AUD in total).

  Hi there, you can cancel any plan with 30 days of purchase and new domain registrations within 96 hours of purchase by going to your Manage Purchases dashboard and cancelling both directly from there. You do need to be signed in with the account that made the purchases if it isn’t this one.

  We have already issued you a full refund following the cancellation of both your plan and your domain. You should see that refund in your bank statements within 7-10 business days.
