  Hello! It’s been 2 weeks since I cancelled subscription and requested refund for my WordPress Premium Plan, but I still don’t get the refund. So, will you please tell me that when I receive my refund?

  Sometimes when you cancel immediately the initial charge is just removed from your card rather than taking the money and refunding it later. Normally refunds can take up to 10 days. Anyway this thread has been tagged to ask if a member of staff could check your account. Please be patient as it is the weekend.

  your refund has been already processed on our end, if you still don’t see it on your account, you can provide this number to your bank:
  ARN: 74492150088637006563297

  With it, they should be able to locate the refund and give you more details.
