  Hello – I just canceled the auto renewal for my site because we had a new site developed in WordPress using Elementor. Why didn’t I receive a full refund?

  Hi, I can see the refund is in progress. Normally it will show in your account within a few business days. If it’s been longer than ten business days and your bank is not seeing the refund, contact us and we’ll be able to send an ARN.
