Refund Request

  I have put in a refund request on May 18 and have requested periodic updates only to be told that “it’s pending” So when is it coming???? The refund request was made within a day of purchase … the refund should’ve been fast.It’s over 2 weeks now and yet I’ve not seen anything.Please refund my money ASAP

  Hi, I can see part of the refund ($66) was processed as a reversal. Depending on how your financial institution displays that, that portion of the original charge may have just disappeared from the statement.

  We have an ARN for the other part of that refund ($18), meaning it is not pending but complete.

  Please check with your bank to see how they display the reversal, and to see if you see the $18 refund.

  I noticed you purchased another upgrade on June 1 and immediately cancelled that as well. That would have been an $18 reversal as well, so it may not show on your statement. If you saw a refund of $18, it was likely the other one with the ARN.
