Refund Request

Was recently charged on an autorenewal. There is no credit card information tied to my subscription, no receipt was issued, and when I follow instructions on how to request a refund no information shows up under Manage Purchases and nothing shows up under recent purchases either. I’m not sure what to do here?

For what upgrade on what site were you charged? The account you’re using to post here own only one free site, and has never bought anything from us.
If you were charged, it was for a site in a different account. We send several emails before an upgrade renews, starting 90 days before the expiration date, as well as a receipt when the actual payment takes place. Those would have been sent to the email address connected to the account in question. So try checking all your email accounts for those.
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for and can’t find any emails related to it, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
