    Not long ago, 110,000 won went out of my bank account. I want to get a refund

    For what site is this?

    The account you’re using to post here only owns one free site on WordPress.com, and has never bought any paid upgrades from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

    Thanks to this, I was able to confirm. It turns out that you purchased a wholesaler (?). Can you tell if this has been refunded?

  • We have no information about the purchase you mentioned. If the upgrade was with us, you’d be able to reach out directly to our billing team from the page that @kokkieh linked above.
    If the purchase was done elsewhere, you’ll need to contact that company for more information.
