I have cancelled my account with WordPress.com and am within the refund period. I followed the instructions to request the refund, but was unable to complete the transaction. Please initiate the refund process on my behalf. Thank you!

The last renewal payments on your account was on 1 July. You can see the receipts for those payments in your billing history, here:

Those upgrades were only cancelled yesterday, 21 August, which is 22 days past our refund period of 30 days on your premium plan, and 48 days past the 96-hour refund period on domains.
I have issued a late refund for the $96 renewal of your premium plan. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
But the $18 cost of your domain renewal cannot be refunded any more, as we have already paid the registry for your domain. If you prefer, I can still restore the domain to your account. Then you can continue using it here, or transfer it to another provider if you want.
