  Hi, I still haven’t received my recent refund. What’s the update?

  Hi, since you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge was simply voided.

  I’d recommend checking your records to see if the original charge is still there. If it is, please contact your bank to see how they display voided charges, then let us know if you need more help.
