Refund request

    Hello! I already made a request for a refund 2 minutes after I was automatically charged. I am waiting more than 30 days and still I don’t have my money back! I really hope you can fix this.

    Hi Tsvetina, because you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge was voided.

    Please double check your statement, and if you still see the original charge and no refund, I’d recommend contacting the bank and asking them how they show reversals.
