    I was charged £240 yesterday for my subscription and will like a refund. I have also cancelled my subscription

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi there! I’ve refunded the most recent £240 charge on your account. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.

    You should also see a separate email from us regarding the cancellation and refund receipt.
