Also, I noticed you cancelled crafty-content.com. Do you intend to use that again at some point, even at another host? If so, we should restore the domain right away instead. Cancelled domains go through a lengthy redemption process, and they can be difficult if not impossible to get back. Please let us know as soon as possible.

I don’t want to restore the site. I have transferred the domain to another registrar. I don’t have any need for the WordPress services, so does this mean my funds are lost?

Hi there!
We aren’t able to refund after the refund period of 14 days has passed. At this point, the transaction is over a month old so we aren’t able to refund it anymore. We can still restore the plan or add store credits if you want to purchase something else (like creating a new site with the WordPress.com Premium plan) on WordPress.com.
