  Hi there,

  I’ve been paying for wordpress since September but am yet to do anything with it, Ive been locked out of my account for a long time now, and was wondering if I could these refunded to the card that they were made on please.

  If you check my activity, i have not been on your site once.

  How quickly can this be done?

  Please visit below site for refund , “How to Get a Refund”
  https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/
  and check if you are eligible for a refund, also you can cancel your
  subscription there.

  *I will also type modlook on this thread for a Staff follow up.

  @projectturtle73 – I’m showing you requested to cancel and refund your most recent monthly WordPress.com Premium payment earlier today. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account depending on your bank’s policies.

  Regarding your other payments, those would fall outside our current refund policy, which is within 7 days of the monthly charge.
