Refund request

    I am requesting a refund on an amount that was incorrectly billed to my credit card. The amount is ZAR846.49 and I don’t remember authorising it.

    I looked, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we can help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
