    I had cancelled my membership, and was said that I would get a refund. I have not received it yet

    Hi there!

    I just checked and confirmed that a refund has been issued successfully from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    It can take 7-10 business days (sometimes longer, depending on your credit card issuer/bank) for the refund process to be completed.
