I was charged £51 from my account without any warning. I have not used your services for years and was taken off guard by this charge. It is not made clear that the charge is automatic, else I would have stopped it years ago.
I am not in the financial position to incur this cost. This has soured by view of the company. I would like a refund asap.Regards,
