Hello! I really hope someone can help me with this issue. How can I get a refund on my account? It has been inactive since I signed up for it on 1/1/14. Unfortunately, I realized that I accidentally purchased a premium account and bundle from WordPress, when I already have one with another hosting company. I will not be using this account AT ALL – even a pro-rated refund would be greatly appreciated under the circumstances.

Any update for a pro-rated refund since I never used the account (as referenced above)? Please help.

I have removed your premium upgrade minus the cost of registering the domain homes-livermoreblog.com, for a total of $73.
We only issue refunds on domain registrations for the first 48 hours. However, this means the domain is still active and can be used on a different site if you wish.
I’ve also removed the separate domain mapping upgrade and refunded you the price of $13 for that.
You should see both refunds in your account within a few days.
