Refund request – autorenew not authorised with new credit card

Hello I have noticed a charge of $60 on an expired credit card which I did not authorise (in January 2022). How do I request a refund please?

Hi @sammiemc50, thanks for getting in touch. If the card number stays the same and just the expiration date changes, card companies will allow auto renewals to go through. I’m guessing that’s the case here. If your card expired recently, it’s something you’ll want to watch for with any other auto-renewing subscriptions, too. Good luck!
