refund request for £210.00

I have tried at several occasions to cancel the trial period of 14 days. I never used your website or services and I do not intend to use it. I have searched through internet to find a phone number or e-mail address to contact you. I did reset a password and cancelled any further upgrades and sent you cancellation requests at various occasions. I am highly disappointed with wordpress charging me £210.00 for a free trial which I never used.
Please cancel this domain or any upgrades as I never opted to purchase anything from your website.
I look forward to hearing a positive response atleast via this forum and get my money back. Thank you!
