  Hi there,

  We recently migrated our site over to a new platform and didn’t cancel in time. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Oregon. Is it possible to get a (prorated) refund for the remaining of the year? Thank you!

  Hi Emily, the site you mentioned just renewed yesterday, and was subsequently refunded. That’s definitely still in the refund period:
