Refund Request for Automatic Renewal – Unable to access original account

I am posting here to request urgent assistance with a refund for an automatic renewal charge of USD 693.00 that occurred on February 28, 2026.
I have already sent a detailed email to
help@wordpress.comregarding this issue, but I am reaching out here for faster tracking.Summary of the Situation:
- Original Account Email:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)(Username:programgarden) - The Issue: The original email domain (
@folledge.com) is no longer active due to a company domain change. Therefore, I cannot log in or reset my password. - Missing Receipt: Because the original domain is defunct, I did not receive any digital receipt or notification via email for this latest charge. I only found out through my credit card alert.
- Unauthorized Charge: I no longer use WordPress services, but my card was automatically charged for a renewal.
Verification: I have all the necessary proof of ownership, including the transaction details for the recent charge and Receipt/Transaction IDs from a previous payment in 2023.
I am currently posting from a temporary account (
program******@gmail.com) created specifically to resolve this.Could a Happiness Engineer (Staff) please check my pending support ticket and help me process this refund? Thank you for your help.

I am trying to recover my account, but the system is asking for a domain URL. However, I no longer use that domain and it has expired, so I cannot provide it. Since I can’t fill in that field, I’m unable to proceed with the recovery. How can I recover my account without the domain address?

I followed the steps as instructed and obtained the transaction ID from my card issuer. Using that ID, I was able to find the WordPress receipt and the associated URL. I have now submitted the account recovery request with that information. I will wait for their response before proceeding further.
