Refund Request for Premium Plan
-
I would like a full refund for cancellation of my Premium plan. The email account attached to the blog was not working, so I never received notification of the plan renewal. I figured out about the charge through my card. Please help me cancel the plan and receive a full refund of the $99 dollar charge. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.

Refunds
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Canceling upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades -
Hi timethief,
I deleted the premium plan from my blog but have not received a refund. I am aware that I passed the 30 day refund period, but the problem is that I never received a renewal confirmation email.

I hope I will be able to receive a refund even though I passed the 30-day refund period.

I doubt that you will because you could have changed your email address at any time.

Hi there,
I was still able to issue a refund in this case, though it’s not possible to refund the domain, inktune.com, any more so it is only a partial refund.
That domain is still active on your account, so you can use it somewhere else if you don’t want to use it on WordPress.com any more.
Move Your Domain to Another Host
If you want to cancel the domain I can do that as well. We cannot undo a domain cancellation, so I need you to please confirm that you understand the following:
Cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again (here or elsewhere) in the future. Only cancel a domain if you’re sure you don’t want to use it at all any more.
