REFUND REQUEST Multiple charges for shipping

Hello,
There is a glitch in the app for purchasing shipping labels. On two of my outgoing orders, I purchased a shipping label and kept getting an error to try again. Each time I did this, unknowingly I was being charged for the label. I requested a refund and haven’t seen anything for either orders being refunded.
The first one was June 8th for $5.32 and I was charged three times.
Shipping Label: USPS – Ground Advantage for Order #109456
This label was purchased at alwaysshineyourheart.comThe second charge was June 9th for $6.23 and I was charged five times.
Shipping Label: USPS – Ground Advantage for Order #110156
This label was purchased at wholesale.alwaysshineyourheat.comI requested a refund from the order on both and want to get an update on what is happening with these please.

Can you clarify the app you’re referring to regarding purchasing the shipping labels? I noticed the site alwaysshineyourheart.com is not hosted at WordPress.com, but appears to be a self hosted version of WordPress.
