REFUND REQUEST Multiple charges for shipping

    Hello,
    There is a glitch in the app for purchasing shipping labels. On two of my outgoing orders, I purchased a shipping label and kept getting an error to try again. Each time I did this, unknowingly I was being charged for the label. I requested a refund and haven’t seen anything for either orders being refunded.
    The first one was June 8th for $5.32 and I was charged three times.
    Shipping Label: USPS – Ground Advantage for Order #109456
    This label was purchased at alwaysshineyourheart.com

    The second charge was June 9th for $6.23 and I was charged five times.
    Shipping Label: USPS – Ground Advantage for Order #110156
    This label was purchased at wholesale.alwaysshineyourheat.com

    I requested a refund from the order on both and want to get an update on what is happening with these please.

  • Can you clarify the app you’re referring to regarding purchasing the shipping labels? I noticed the site alwaysshineyourheart.com is not hosted at WordPress.com, but appears to be a self hosted version of WordPress.
