Refund Request Not Being Reflected

    I’ve been trying to cancel my Premium account and request a refund. I ‘m within the 48-hour period, so I’m eligible for a full refund. However, when I select “Cancel and Refund,” I receive no indication that my request has been processed (i.e., a change in status to “Cancellation Pending”). I hope this can be remedied soon. Thanks.
