  There is not an option to request a refund in the renew purchase page, do I have to Cancel the site to initiate a refund?

  If you’re referring to the Personal plan for playdatum.com renewal, those subscriptions have already been canceled and refunded. You can see the details from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

  Sometimes, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead. This usually happens when the purchase is canceled on the same day.
