Refund Request Pending

I have requested refund of my premium plan since weeks ago, and the team told me to wait for 10 days for the whole transaction
but now it’s already passed up 10 days but i havent receive any amounts yet
None of them respond to my email at allThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
We refunded your payment on 24 April. You can see a receipt for that transaction, containing a transaction reference from our payments processor, in your billing history:

If you haven’t received it yet, it’s due to the processing times at your bank, over which we don’t have any control. Please follow up with them directly in that case. You can use the transaction ID in the refund receipt as a reference with them to track down the refund in their system.
None of them respond to my email at all
We replied to you via email yesterday, and again this morning. If you didn’t receive those replies, please check your email spam folder as well.
