Refund Request Pending for Over 2 Months

  I feel completely deceived. I was promised a refund within 10 business days, but it has now been 2 months, and I have yet to receive it. I am unable to reach any human representative because I’m not a pro member, which is incredibly frustrating, especially since I had to request a refund in the first place.
