Refund Request- Purchased Premium Plan

  I was about to purchase the domain name only but for some reason, we have got Word Press free domain and we wanted to have virustechsupport.com and we have got http://www.virustechsupport.wordpress.com. On the top of it, we have been charged for 99$ which we would like to be refunded. Kindly refund $99 and only charge for domain name & mapping plan only. We want to use free blog with domain name and mapping only..Kindly suggest.
