If you see the attached images, you will see that your site has described my account (http://candee12.wordpress.com) as refundable but when I follow the directions to receive said refund, the prompts tell me that my upgrade is older than 30 days. This is an issue as, due to the fact that these pages said I was eligible I have already gone ahead and moved to another hosting site. I was unhappy with the limited control I had over the plugins I could use and the charges for the ones I wanted. I also submitted a support request asking for a refund but have not received a response and can no longer locate the request on the website.

I can confirm that the $99 has been successfully refunded. Please be aware that it can take up to 7 days for the transaction to show up on your statement, though it usually happens much quicker than that!
