Refund Requested

    Hello, I recently tried the business trial with wordpress. I received an email yesterday, June 29, reminding me of the end of the trial period. I went through the process to cancel and confirm via my email but not sure it processed through completely. Nevertheless, I saw the charge debited from my account today, June 30, 2015. I would like to have that refunded. Can I please get a response to my request via email you have listed.

    Hi there,

    You cancelled the Business trial before the payment went through, so WordPress.com didn’t collect any payment for that upgrade. Sometimes, credit card companies reserve the funds for pending payments like that, and your credit card company will need to release those funds back into your account now that the payment is cancelled. If you have any questions about how long that will take, please get in touch with your credit card company for more help with that process.
