  Hello I want t know if this refund was already process as I don’t see it in my account yet, please send me a copy of the receipt appreciated

  We issued a full refund on 7th September and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.

  We have sent the refund so please contact your bank for more information about processing times on their end — you can provide them with the transaction ID from the refund receipt.
