  I cancelled my word press site in July but my annual payment was deducted from my bank account in early October. Here is my former site address:https://seesaybasicenglishprogramblog.wordpress.com PLEASE, WOULD YOU KINDLY REFUND IT TO THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT? Meredith B. Folley

  Dear Gemma,

  I have tried several times to log into WordPress using my ssfolley user name and password, but I get a popup saying my password is incorrect.

  I know it IS correct because I had stored it on my computer.

  Kindly advise me what I should do.

  Could you try resetting your password by entering the username ssfolley into the Lost Password form @pallaviroy89 mentioned?
