Refund Requested for $99 bundle but no email confirmation received!

I have requested a full refund of $99 well within the period stated (48hours) due to the product not being what I wanted, as I would like more control and customisation. I have not received any email link or confirmation as stated. The blog and domain in question is justdavehere.com

In Store -> My Upgrades, can you try clicking “Cancel and Refund” for the Value Bundle, choose one of the options (since you’ve already added a custom domain with the domain upgrade credit), then click “Cancel and Refund” again?
Did you want to keep your domain justdavehere.com?

Okay, I’ll be happy to send the refund. Please note that the domain will be released to domain registrar, and may no longer be available until they release it again.

I’ve canceled and refunded the value bundle, and canceled the domain as you’ve requested. Keep in mind that the domain credit is included in the value bundle, so you’ll see a refund for the original value bundle in your credit card statement within 7–10 business days.

I’m having the same problem. No email is received when completing the request for refund. I sent my first request shortly after I signed up…sent at least three so far and no response.
My domain is non-transferable until 01/2013, but didn’t realize that until after I purchased the $99 package. I’m am hosting with godaddy and all should be set up through them, but I believe I still need the $13 mapping. Please process the refund or at least the amount less the mapping. Thanks.

Are you trying to refund the value bundle linked to http://cornfieldphotography.wordpress.com (which you can see in your WordPress.com blog dashboard in Store -> My Upgrades)?

Thanks for confirming. I’ve removed both the value bundle and domain mapping since cornfieldphotography.com is pointing away from WordPress.com name servers.
As for the refund, you should see the refund in your account within 7–10 business days (but usually much sooner).
