Refund requests not yet received

We processed all three refunds on 12 November. You can see the receipts with PayPal transaction IDs here:

Please follow up with your PayPal and provide them with those transaction IDs so they can check for the refunds on their system.
Keep in mind that as you cancelled two of the upgrades and requested refunds just minutes after completing the payment, it’s possible that the original charges were simply cancelled and removed from your statement. In that case you wouldn’t see a separate entry on the statement for the refund.
I also noticed the domain portion of your original plan purchase of 990 ₱ was never refunded. I’ve processed that now, as you were still within the refund period for the domain when you cancelled it.
