    Hello, I have been charged for a subscription without authorisation. How do I arrange a refund?

    The account you’re using to post here owns no sites and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    If you received a charge from us, it is most likely the automatic renewal of an upgrade on a site in a different account, which you bought at least 11 months ago.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
