Refund required, frustanting.

HI,
I boutgh almost a year ago a domain and a premium WP blog and it, I dont know why, just renewed I never has even used the blog and then it renewed, and renewed before a year! Since i bought it on 25 may….
When looking for refound, the suport page send me to my dashbord, where I unmarked the autorenew, but the dashbord sends me back to suportpages to ask for a refound. And again Support pages sends me to dashbord.
I wish I can get a little help here, Im allready pretty frustated.
P.S.: Sorry for my english.
