Refund sent on Word Press account but not received as the credit card number is no longer valid.

  As the credit card that was being charged the $129.00 is no longer valid, how will I receive the credit? The transaction ID is (redacted) – The amount is $129.00 My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Good Morning –

  I see that we processed the refund on September 13, 2020. There’s nothing else I am able to do and have asked our payments team to take a look. Once we hear back they will pass along an update to you via email or we will reply to you directly here. We will not hear back today from them (Sunday).
