  It almost 8-10days. There is no contact support to ensure about my refund is in process. How do I get to know the status of my refund amount.

  Your refund has already been processed on our end.
  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.
  You can reach out to your bank and provide them with this number: ARN: 74492150073637002713620. It should help them trace the refund.
