Refund status

  I recently had purchased the $94 upgrade for the website, coffeelantwrites.wordpress.com on August 7, 2020. I believe it was that same day or the next day that I decided to cancel that and receive a refund. The total, after taxes, was $104.45. It has been over a week & I have not received my refund yet. Can I kindly receive an answer to this?

  A refund usually takes up to 10 business days. Several banks need a lot more of time.

  Hi there,

  As @staartmees mentioned, a refund can take up to business days, and a bit more depending on the country you are residing from. But, the funds have definitely been released and I would reach out to your bank after 10 days if you have not seen the refund.
