It appears that you disputed the auto-renewal of your WordPress.com subscription with your bank/card/payment service provider.
As a result, instead of us issuing a refund, your payment service provider will hold onto it while they investigate the issue.
Because of the dispute, we have no control over the status of the refund. Generally, this kind of refund takes much longer than regular refunds that you would have gotten by canceling the subscription with us instead of reporting it as a fraudulent transaction.
You can contact your payment service provider to see if you can close the dispute. Otherwise, you will need to wait for them while they investigate your report.
